Open Top Routemaster model commissioned to celebrate Route 123

To celebrate 50 years of route 123 in London, Arriva London’s Heritage Fleet have commissioned EFE, the premier scale model manufacturer, to produce a replica model of their open top Routemaster RMC 1464.

The limited edition 1:76 scale model will be available in two versions, one with running in service on Route 123 destination blinds and one with The Heritage Fleet designation. Both will display Arriva Heritage Fleet adverts on the sides.

The production run is limited to 1,000 copies, 500 of each design, at £29.99 each (including VAT) plus P+P, and will be available for sale from 19th June this year, to coincide with RMC 1464 running on Route 123 on that day.

Other Heritage Fleet Routemasters will also run on the 123 Route with RMC 1464 and a collection for charity will be taken in lieu of fares.
